GPA onboarded a district that was using FDIC insured CDs, County Pool and Bank Deposits. GPA completed a thorough analysis of the cash flows, including larger annual disbursements and inflows. We laid out specific cash matched maturities for one year and shorter disbursements. Then, we layered five year and shorter maturities to balance the maturity structure and add earnings.
